Visit Daytona Lagoon, and spend an exciting day with the family enjoying both wet & dry park activities. At the waterpark, you’ll plunge down thrilling waterslides such as Blackbeard’s Revenge, a tunnel of winding darkness, and Adventure Mountain, 2 sloping slaloms that crash down into a cool pool of water or the Lagoon’s newest ride… Kraken’s Conquest, a 55 ft., 4 lane speed race. There’s also Pelican’s Drift (Lazy River) where you can sit back in your tube and lazily drift your way around Castaway Bay.
Dry park fun include the 25 ft. Rock Wall Climb, zip around in the high performance Go-Karts around the winding multi-level, banked raceway, play Laser Tag, or test your skill on the Mini-Golf course. Daytona Lagoon also offers the hottest new video arcade games and Gilligan’s Sports Bar & Grill offers a variety of drinks to cool off with and delicious meals so you can re-fuel. Gilligan’s also features a number of plasma televisions, pool tables and dart boards.

NASCAR - Daytona International Speedway
"The World’s Most Famous Raceway” the Daytona International Speedway is located just five miles from the Plaza Resort & Spa. Home of the Daytona 500, the Pepsi 400 and the Rolex Races the Speedway also features a variety of attractions that are a must for race fans from around the world.
Enjoy a Speedway Tour or get "racing interactive” in the pits at the Daytona Experience. Be courageous with a 165 mile an hour drive around the Speedway Track at the Richard Petty Experience. There’s always lots to do at the Daytona International Speedway for race fans and folks that just want to have a lot of fun!

Expand your knowledge of the area’s diverse wildlife at the Marine Science Center, offering a wide variety of programs for children and adults throughout the year. Lighthouse Point Park is a 52-acre park at the southern tip of Ponce Inlet and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Ponce deLeon Inlet and the Halifax River. It is home to a variety of wildlife, including raccoons, opossums, skunks, armadillos, shore birds and birds of prey. Park facilities include nature trails, fishing, swimming, picnicking and bird watching from an observation tower close to the inlet.
